EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS BOOK
Having suffered 'Grain Damage'which resulted from consuming significant amounts of various grain products over many years I was thrilled to learn that a new and comprehensive book on the subject is now available.
Great depth and knowledge of subject
I have been on a gluten-free diet for over 15 years, and frequently pick up new books on the subject to check for new developments and deeper insights to further refine my diet.My health has improved again, and I'm delighted.

Fee Fie Foe Fum and other ailments
When you buy this book, you will rush to your nearest apothecary and order a home version of a mortar and pestle to grind most of these cures.They sound as credible as the "blood type" recipe/lifestyle books of the past 10 years or so.Unfortunately there's no mention of crawdaddys.

The good: this book has only 192 pages yet it has hundreds of food cures. it has chinese-medicine profiles of a large number of food items.the cures are really effective i have tried some my self. it has an effective cure for Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) using an extremly common fruit everyday. I tried it with excellent results , I feel like superman!. it presents scientific experemints , citizen reports , medical knowledge , and personal experience and research.Read more

Great book!
This book is very well-written on the subject. I've lost more then 40 lbs following the concept. I feel so much more energized and healthier.
Good for introduction ONLY
At first, I was amazed by the ideas of the book, but as I read it more thoroughly and tried to implement it I saw how out of date on new research this book is! I am a cytotechnologist and a mother and a wife of a cancer survivor, so I definitely follow up on new research related to chemical balance and metabolic processes of the body. This book needs a huge review by a nutritionist and an MD of a relevant field, perhaps even someone condacting research on metabolic processes of the body.
Clearly described and written, but not a recipe book
The original "Bible" for Food Combiners, this book gives one of the most comprehensive and convincing explanations of Dr William Howard Hay's food combining plan. One of the most useful books I own!
The information in this book is well presented, easy to read and understand, concise and to the point, well researched and documented, and most of all, extremely helpful. The book is layed out alphabetically with each short chapter covering a different topic, from "Acne" to "Wrinkles", (108 total). So it is easy to quickly find information - you don't have to read the whole book to find your answers. Although once you find out how useful the information is, you will likely find yourself wanting to read every chapter.
